The Canadian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (CAOMS) is a non-profit organization that serves the needs of hundreds of oral and maxillofacial surgeons across Canada. The CAOMS is designed to support the ongoing requirements of oral and maxillofacial surgeons and ensure that they are able to maintain excellence in their area of specialty. The CAOMS helps oral and maxillofacial surgeons by enabling members to stay connected and remain on the leading edge of this specialty through continuing education and regular meetings, supporting ongoing research, and representing and advocating for the needs of this profession to various interest groups to further advance the profession.

Cancellation or modification of a reservation must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival or the cost of one night will be charged.
Individuals are responsible for their own room, taxes and incidental charges, and all charges must be paid upon checkout.
Check-in begins at 15:00; check-out time is 12:00.

Fairmont Palliser is located in downtown Calgary, approximately 18 km from the Calgary International Airport, which is located north of the city. Travel time is approximately 25 – 30 minutes, but can take longer during rush-hour periods. The taxi fare is approximately $40, tip not included.
If you are arriving at the hotel by car, the hotel offers valet parking. Self-parking is also available at the adjacent IMPARK parkade, but it does not offer a daily overnight parking rate.
Refunds of registration fees, less a $100 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received by Monday, April 29, 2019. No refunds will be issued after this date. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone in your place. All cancellation and substitution requests must be received in writing. Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
